What types of tickets do you sell?
SelectiveSeating™offers tickets for almost every sporting event, concert, and theatre production nationwide. Tickets are available in a wide range of prices and seating locations.

Are these tickets authentic?
All of our tickets are 100% guaranteed to be legitimate tickets.

What is your return & refund policy?
All ticket purchases are final, and refunds are not available, unless and event is permanently cancelled. If an event is permanently cancelled, a FULL REFUND of the ticket price, minus shipping will be offered. Because entertainment tickets are not replaceable, we encourage our customers to take great care not to lose or accidentally destroy their tickets. We cannot offer replacement tickets or refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.

What is a service charge?
SelectiveSeating™charges a 20% service charge, which reflects the cost of obtaining premium seating.

How can I pay for my ticket order?
SelectiveSeating™accepts all major credit cards!

How will I receive my order?
All ticket orders are shipped using Federal Express, with signature required. While most orders are shipped within 1 business day, some tickets will ship at a later date (These are clearly marked on our website). We are available to answer any shipping questions you may have.

What if I don't see the tickets I want on your site?
We often have access to additional tickets that are not listed on our site. Please contact us at (866) 912-TIXX (8499) and we will be happy to assist you!
